Before you do, be sure you have read the introduction to the site as well as the frequently asked questions completely and carefully. Your question or complaint is probably already answered there.
Submissions
We are always looking for more cases to add to the site. Please use the search box at left to search the site first to verify the case is not already here.
Please note that we are limiting cases on this site to the following critieria:
- Within the last 50 years
- Concrete harm that is easily understood (death, injury, major loss of money)
- Well documented including name, place, date, etc.
- If name is not available, documentation should be a court record or scientific study (i.e. good reason for anonymization)
- No "hate crimes" (there are many other web sites which deal with that)

Corrections or Complaints
If you have other comments about the site or have noticed an error we should correct, contact us through "webmaster" at whatstheharm.net. We are more than happy to correct anything we may have gotten wrong.
Likewise, if you believe there is a copyright issue with any material on this site, please contact us directly and we will correct it.
